I was so happy last weekend because i've lost about 1kg. However, this week i was not really following the diet (no/low carbo). I had 1 1/2 nasi lemak for lunch, biscuits with tea for break today. I was quite good yesterday for exercising during lunch. And i did some crunches and lower body exercises this morning.
It just came to me when talking to colleagues during lunch. I have a problem with my bowel movement (the Bizzy Body consultant mentioned that to me too). I should detox my body in order to get better result on my weight loss programme.

I have to read more on this. Detox is new to me :-)
