Time for myself

So I didn't post anything in Sept ya. Many things happened since last post:

  1. My brother got married 14 Sept
  2. My colleague quits and got married 22 Sept
  3. My 2nd kid sat for PT3 3-8 Oct
  4. My 3rd kid sat for UPKK same time as PT3


My weekends were full with other stuff, I didn't get to clean my house. Only today I got to take a look around and was overwhelmed with the mess. My husband has been away 3 times to Sarawak within a month. He has been busy giving talks.

Then I had to crack my head for upcoming KOREA trip 29 Nov - 6 Dec.  Guess what, it's an excursion of 23 pax with age ranging from 65 to 1 year old! Had to work out the budget, itinerary and figuring out the logistics....for the group. Not to mention HM Family's budget! Ya Allah! Penin kepala.

What should I wear in KOREA???

Work wise, things were chaotic with changes in key management. So Sept-Oct was busy with that too.

Weight management was a yoyo. I've hit 68.0kg last 2 weeks but maintaining it was proved difficult. I have to improve my choice of food and portion. I'm not complaining though because I manage to wear my old clothes now. I need to calmly persevere and target fat loss because I believe the kg loss will follow suit. My target is to maintain 67kg when I'm on my way to Korea.

Coming soon: My eldest sits for SPM starting 5 Nov. Ya Allah! Dah besar dah anak aku ni! Aritu attend solat hajat kat sekolah dia before shoot balik Perlis for Deepavali break. It was a good session for all of us.

She had her batch dinner on Monday and I supported her all the way. We rent a dress for RM100, bought new pinky shawl and shoes. I lent her my accessories and suggested her to look for someone to do the makeup insead of doing it herself. My hubby was clueless and not able to join our girly conversation.


2019 has many history to remember....


Lets hit 68kg!

Tak boleh jadi ni.... adik aku Rahimi dah overcome problem static weight dia.... aku pun kenalah start serious losing weight ni. Jangan sabotaj diri sendiri.

THE PLAN
Puasa Isnin-Khamis since tak reti nak buat IF
No carbo. Kalo amik pun 3 sudu saja
Plan nanti Raya Haji nak makan apa...ada 3 minggu lagi (tak termasuk cuti Raya Haji/cuti sekolah)

At least 65kg la 30 Ogos nanti;
So kalau today 69.5kg, lagi 4.5kg. Bahagi 3 minggu, target penurunan seminggu ialah 1.5kg.

How ya? Makan....portion kurang dah tapi penurunan tu tak sebanyak tu. Nak kena google how to overcome static weight. Actually tahu dah salah sendiri, makan tak jaga...kuang kuang kuang

OK, i will start to log on what I eat.

Means my macros in calories:
Carbs = 80 calories
Protein = 304 calories
Fat  = 1,080 calories

So visually, how much is 80 calories of carbs, 304 calories of protein and 1,080 calories of fat?
