Don't let it slip away!

I've gained weight since my last post in November 2014 (7 months ago), nearly hitting 70kg. I've been delaying my actions and unable to discipline myself. Wake up! Please do things differently!

My goal is not to depend on machines. Save my money for something else. This requires actions from me:
  1. Start buying fruits again
  2. Cook my lunch (and for kids)
  3. Exercise!
