Renewed determination??

Berapa kali renew la kan! Haha!! Especially on weight loss.... I haven't budged from 70 kg yet since November! It's has been 4 months! Luckily it's not creeping up but I am so very far from my normal BMI!
At times, I feel frustrated. Why is it so hard to shed off the kgs... Well, I admit I haven't following the diet plan as per 2013.

Exercise
I exercised during lunch back in 2013, 3 times a week. Usually I did a 30 min session of threadmill (10min), yoga (20 min). Now I go to fitness clubs to do zumba, piloxing, aerodance  etc. In terms of hours, I think I do more this time compared to 2013 but still that didn't help much.

Meal replacement
I don't take F1 for dinner whereas I had F1 twice back in 2013, one in the morning as breakfast and one to replace dinner. This time I only take once due to I'm more conscious on the costs.

Cheating
I might have cheated a lot this time. Eat a lot during weekends.

Looking at what I've written, my current plan is more for maintenance, not losing weight. Hmmmm....
