Weight after raya 2024

 Alhamdulillah, surprisingly my weight now is 78.75kg instead of 80kg. Tak da restrict apa-apa tapi memang tak makan sebanyak previous days. Bulan puasa haritu memang tak berapa nak makan nasi, kalau karbo selalu makan mee. Mostly Ramadan aritu masak sendiri macam ramen chili oil, mee suah sup. Dua-dua tu memang favourite. Ada buat nasi goreng sardin, bibimbap etc tapi portion tak sebanyak dulu. Kita makan guna sudu, rasa macam makan kurang sikit bila guna sudu. Pastu rajin buat Chili Garlic soft tofu, best!...Kita cuba untuk lebihkan protein.

I've been following Glucose Revolution who preaches us to start our meal with veggies and protein before carbo. This is to manage and reduce glucose spike which is responsible to cause cravings for unnecessary calories. Dia tak restrict desserts, cuma makan as a reward i.e towards the end. Boleh makan but still in controlled portion. Lagi satu tip yang senang nak follow is to take some vinegar sebelum meal.

Aku pun dah start makan chia seeds pagi-pagi campur dengan plain yogurt, kurma/berries and walnuts.

Tadi kuar lunch dengan member, lunch @ Caravan. Nak order sandwich saja tapi sold out. Aish, bila kita nak jaga makan ada saja halnya. Last-last order Chicken Parmigiana. Portionnya besar, ada fries pulak tu. Malam ni jamuan raya lorong pulak. Hopefully tak makan apa-apa sebab tadi dah makan banyak.
