Duit Raya tak cukup

Apa lah nasib....Jumaat haritu tolong kirakan duit raya (duit baru tukar kat bank) untuk dibahagi-bahagikan kepada staf yang nak duit baru. Pastu harini, bila big boss kira dia punya, duit RM10 tak cukup 20 keping. Haruuu!...


Listing yang digunakan pulak dah dibuang masuk tong sampah...Hadoi!!! Tapi roughly macam tahu duit tu pegi ke sapa... And orang tu pulak dah terbang pergi umrah tadi! Sabar je la.... Nak dijadikan cerita....

Aku rasa nanti aku bagi duit aku kat big boss, sebab aku malas nak panjangkan conflict. Nanti aku mintak balik la dari orang yang dapat lebih tu.

Bila pikir-pikir balik, mungkin rezeki orang tu sebab aku ada niat nak bagi dia RM sikit untuk dia pergi umrah. So OK la aku dulukan duit aku dulu.... kalau aku dapat balik, alhamdulillah. Kalau tak dapat kira aku beri kepada dia untuk dia pergi umrah. Semoga Allah SWT terima amal aku di bulan yang baik ini.

Insiden ni memang spoilkan mood raya aku hari ni.... sabarlah dan banyakkan berzikir.....

Promoted

I was called by my superior last Thursday. My work place is undertaking a change in structure and job rotations. I'm affected i.e I've been promoted...

Deep inside I was not surprised. I expected for a promotion, and looking for other opportunities since my salary hit the max ceiling about 2 years ago. What I went through was written here:

And then this thing happened. Alhamdulillah, Thank You Allah! I admit I was bitter back then but I kept reminding myself Allah SWT is the best planner. Take things easy as Allah SWT knows best. So I focused on my family and house chores. I guess Allah SWT gave me the space to sort things out first with my family as our bibik left last year. Thank you Allah! Thank You Allah!

However, I am not that excited with this new position but rather I'm anxious. I guess it's normal when you're entering the unknown for risk averse people like me.Though I noticed that my attitude towards CHANGE is not as before. Previously I would doubt myself whether I can do it and worry about what I don't know thus always negative towards change.

Today, I learn to EMBRACE CHANGE as change is something good. Change is to make progress of yourself. I have to look away from myself and sees the opportunities that come with the changes.

Some advice to prepare myself for the new role.

What I don't know is a new challenge which I can learn something from and later can become my new skills and knowledge.

Don't be afraid to be yourself. Don't expect people to like you. 

Be accountable, push ideas and never stray from Allah SWT.

Mistakes is inevitable as your learn and better yourself. 

Never assume, ask if I don't know. 

Never look down on others as there are reasons for things to happen.

Improve my communication and compassion. Explain things as simple as I can and start mingling around.

Talk only when you have a point, not to show off.

2. Layered blue palazzo + white top (to buy) + grey day blouse + Lady Lofa blue
3. Blue jeans + DP white sleeveless top + grey day blouse + Lady Lofa blue + blue ballerina

Asal nak pakai striped skirt (red combo) tapi tak tahu nak pakai tudung apa.

Going to Jakarta

Hai! Ntah kenapa kali ni tak menyempat nak update blog time puasa. Kalau sebelum ni, target bulan puasa la yang paling banyak post. Maybe one of the reasons, aku banyak amik cuti time puasa untuk balik BP and Jelempok. Memang kali ni rasa sekejap jek dah masuk Ramadan ke 20. Aku tak pose from 10 until today kot,  in sha Allah esok boleh (in case x ingat berapa hari tinggal pose, boleh check blog...keh keh)

Anyway, nak cerita that I'm going to Jakarta in Aug! Semata nak merasa spa kat sana! Amboi! Haritu rasa macam duit banyak tapi harini 'Alamak! Macam kena menabung jugak ni!'.... Macam la sempat. gaji June cover shopping raya. Harapkan gaji Julai jek la....Adoi!

Regardless, I'm kinda excited as this is a all girls trip, macam pegi Vietnam in 2012. I felt guilty towards my kids previously for the Vietnam trip. This time not so much... i feel like i deserve this trip. Maybe sebab anak-anak dah besar. Maybe sebab this would be a ME-TIME or REWARD sebab dah penat buat kerja rumah (bibik kan dah takda)....

I'm looking forward for this trip. It's like 'Finally!" sebab lama dah cakap-cakap ngan my friend about trying out spa in Indonesia. Due to currency, spa dia cam murah (kata my friend) and with better service. Pada aku macam value for money ni, kenalah try!

There'll be 5 of us, going there 3D2N from Friday 4th to 6th Aug Sunday. Due to flight timing, we only have full 24 hours on Saturday, which will be spent at chosen spa. The rest is reserved for shopping, hopefully we'll can find the time...

So there you go, exactly 5 days to go! Kinda excited planning what to wear!....

Plan cuti 2017

Aku dah tak tahu apa destinasi seterusnya untuk family holiday sejak dah dapat pegi Jepun 2015 dulu. Maybe next in the list are Australia or Korea. Both harga tiket mahal gak so tunggu la ya sampai ada duit...ngeh..ngeh...dengan keadaan exchange rate tak berapa OK ni, memang aku put on hold dulu travel overseas.

Tapi, Dec tahun ni hubby ada conference kat Singapore. Dia ada 2 event kat sana... so takkan kami x ikut! Potentially, nak pegi Zoo Singapore, Universal Studio. Pastu, hubby bagitau maybe stay hotel kat JB instead kat Singapore sebab lagi murah (the society he's involved in will pay for the accomodation). Bila JB, teringat Legoland Hotel.

Tengok website, mak oiii! Tu diaa...harga bilik dia. Memang la Legoland Hotel one of a kind. Deluxe room fits 5 pax costing from RM770! Supreme room fits for 8 people costs RM1700! Aduss! Aku rasa mahal sangat ni.... baru rasa nak treat bebudak tu.

Rezeki ku mahal di office

My last post was in February. Ni dah end of May, 3 Ramadan. Aku cover colleague yang cuti bersalin Apr and May. March tu sibuk ada kena buat workshop. So lama dah tak planning untuk rumah dan cuti-cuti. June in member tu dah naik kerja, so aku pun dah boleh sambung plan pasal anak-anak, cuti, hubby, family etc. without need to think about overflowing work! Yess!...

On another topic. I'm accepting that my rezeki is a bit mahal in professional world. I felt I've done my best but unfortunately it is not the main criteria to climb up the ladder. At this moment, I have this thinking of 'why should I do more, just do what's required. Why should I take the extra mile, let others who are more capable to resolve issues la'......

Mungkin aku yang rasa aku dah buat yang terbaik, but it's actually not. So janganlah blame the system. I may not be as good as I thought I am....

People don't see you as I see myself. So I should not be too confident and optimistic.  I can bend the rules a little, take leave when I want to (responsibly), finish the job quickly without needing to add value. Not need to be tight up at the office....

Aku nak focus kat family walau di tempat kerja (bila kerja dah siap la). Buat kerja pun 100% la, sebelum ni aku rasa aku buat 110%...haha! Perasan!

Be optimistic with your family....Grow my children into happy, responsible, compassionate, intelligent, religious adults!
