Progress Week 1

Week 1
4-10 January 2016

Total loss Week 1 = -1.1kg!!!

The week started well but I failed on weekends. Ada exercise sekali kat Lily Fitness on Friday and register sekali as club member RM149 (bravo!)

Although I resisted Nasi Briani while accompanying hubby during lunch, I ate a lot for afternoon snacks until I felt so full. I had

  • cekodok_fried and oily
  • keropok_fried and oily
  • ice cream- little nutritional value

I'm afraid to weight myself.

For January, I want to finish reading 'How Not to Get Fat' by Ian Marber to understand influence of insulin in weight management. My aim is to be able to explain the connection between insulin, glucose and weight management.
