Trying to manage my weight again...Sigh!

My weight has crept to 74kg yall! I couldn't figure out why it slipped. .......Actually I do:

Previously I control my rice intake and seldom eat for dinner. I exercised yoga plus some other targeted exercise e.g for abs and arms. This was end of last year.

Start of 2021, my weight was still below 70kg until Raya in May. Then I started to lose track and didn't watch my intake. 'Ayam Goreng Singgit' can be declared as a staple snack/meal instead of veggies which is not good at all. Then I fall back to 'sayang kalo tak abis ni, so biar I abiskan'.....Iskkk

I'm in grief now. Dah beberapa kali cuba nak diet tapi separuh jalan. Baju banyak yang dah ketat. Aku rasa cermin kat rumah ni cam menipu sebab bila kat rumah aku rasa cam OK lagi tapi bila keluar, lalu-lalu kat shop window nampak dah berisi teruk.

Semalam dah start cuba KETO diet. By that I mean tak mau amik nasi. Yg jadi semangat sebab dah beli avocado 3 biji. Boleh buat guacamole makan dengan salad. For lunch, tak ingat lunch makan apa...Owh! Ayam goreng Singgit 2 ketul. Dinner makan salad ngan guacamole. Hari pertama dah ada challenge....anak bawak balik pulut kuning dan rendang ayam satu bekas besar each sebab ada jamuan kat KAFA! Adusss, tgk pulut kuning mengancam betul tapi Alhamdulillah jamah rendang ngan telur saja.

Hari ni, hari kedua. Pagi buat shake dragon fruit campur ngan almond milk, yogurt, choc protein, coffee, chia seeds and some walnuts/kuaci. Lunch actually tak lapar tapi teman husband makan, so I makan rendang semalam plus salad and guacamole. Dinner nak kena buat chicken chop.

Yang boleh trigger nak diet bila ada tips kata makan menda yang sama je selama 2 minggu...so I thought I can do that sebab sebelum ni macam blur nak makan apa bila nak diet. Dok pikir leceh nak pikir menu diet la. Biasa la, alasan memang banyak!

Aku nak kurang intake nasi je dulu. Makan masih cam biasa sbb KETO tak kisah sangat yang goreng-goreng. Aku akan cuba kurangkan la...

Semoga ada hasil selepas 2 minggu.
